analyzethis,,,I'm sorry I didn't post our conversation ,,,Here's what Mr. foster has to say,,,First he was very pleasant,,,He didn't have to much offer,,,He said he's been working for the company as investors relation for about a month,,,I ask him what the float was ,,he didn't know,,,I told him it was about 12billion,,,than he said ,,I think your right,,it is 12billion,,,,I ask him if Blackout media,,was just a holding company he said yes,,,I ask him what were our assets,,besides the Fight network and he said we have none,,,I ask him if in the near future would we be increasing out stake in the Fight network,,he said by law in Canada,,you are only aloud to own a 20%stake,,,so he said no,,,,I ask him if we were going to have a finical audit in the near future,,he said,, I don' know,,I ask him if he owned shares in the company,,,He said no,,,,,,i asked him about the r.s. they did last year,,,he siad they need to,,,,I ask him what we are doing for revune,,,he siad he wasn't sure,,,,Like i said after talking with Mr. Foster,,,I decide not to jump in right now,,,Tom
