And the proposed project, directed by Dr Hyslop for which the $1.6 million grant proposal is requested, is entitled...

"Development of a human clinical trial-ready cannabinoid + Cell in a Box(R) cellulose- based live cell encapsulation combination for the targeted treatment of pancreatic, brain and other cancers."

Great DD. This letter requesting grant money for Cannabanoid research is rich with information about the planned studies and players involved.

It's all for Phatrmacyte Biotech.
Tell me something I don't know. The fact is that Dr. Hyslop of the university of Colorado was chosen by PMCB due to that Dr. Hoslop is top in his field experimenting with medical uses for cannabis. Also, cannabis is legal in Colorado and easy to obtain. They can experiment with cannabis-like substances for presentation to the DEA (any bio/university can)as well as experimenting with cannabis, legally, for their own conclusions (These results cannot be presented to the FDA. The FDA requires and the DEA issues the license so labs can obtain a specific growth of Marijuana which is scientifically grown to be uniform and of a certain quality. The DEA has issued two licenses which are current. Pharmacyte is now using one of them. The university applied for the license after, and only after, Pharmacyte and Dr. Hyslop, a professor at the university, became associated. Pharmacyte funded the tests. Everything that comes out of that lab, that PMCB paid for, concerning cannabis and Ciab (The tests are about cannabis AND CIAB. Not just cannabis.)is the property of Pharmacyte. Defacto, the current tests that are going on at the University of Colorado concerning fighting cancer with cannabis and cannabis like substances are for Pharmacyte. Fact: That DEA license is for the current experiments at the university. Licenses expire. To renew what must be showed (again) is the reason, with extensive research backing, as to why they need a license. (not easy and almost impossible to obtain, UNTIL NOW!) This current extensive research that has been going on for the last year at the university by Dr. Hyslop is currently ALL for Pharmacyte Biotech. FACT: IF THERE WAS NO PHARMACYTE FUNDING FOR EXPERIMENTATION AT THE UNIVERSITY OVER THE LAST YEAR, THERE WOULD BE NO LICENSE ISSUED AT THIS TIME!
