Elder - clearly the entire statement was meant to mislead investors into believing NVI had a viable technology, a prototype and that a finished product would be completed by the end of 2003. I think it's horrible that some investors would say, oh, that was Cooper... he's gone, we have new and better mgt on board now.... Well, brad was on board, and it was brad would said the product would be completed by yr end 2003, not cooper. And if money was a problem, then why say you'll have a finished product by year end... and if money was still a problem, then why promise a finished product in 2004, 2005, and now 2006 and still not have it - even after additional money was raised... and yet next to nothing was invested in developing the technology (i.e. nearly nothing was spent on R&D in subsequent years, yet millions were spent on compensation). Anyone with a mind to think with can see their priorities are grossly skewed towards paying themselves first and spending money on developing a product second.

Pretty simple.
