Well they will have to become transparent eventually or this is done. If it takes a long time for them to do this, even with a stronger base we have now, this will start hitting .0001 again. Whats a shame is this is how they started off treating share holders, its there great chance to change the old ways of LHPT, and already they sort of let us down. So hopefully they understand this down the road, hopefully sooner then later, and just give us the basic info share holders need to raise this PPS once and for all. If they do not have these goods to deliver to us, well again we see .0001 again.
This is simple management. They went public really for one reason only, to attract share holders and raise money, or use shares to obtain other mergers and possibly larger investors and vendors. So if deal really got done, they will release proof with symbol change, trading name change, and Finra filings. Something went wrong some wheres or something un expected came up they where not aware of or this would have happened a while ago. That part we may never know for sure, unless it never happens.
