WAYNE IS TENDING BUSINESS,I NOW THAT FOR A FACT ,I LIVE IN FLORIDA ,I HAVE SEEN THE MARINA LOCATION ,IT IS A FACT THAT DOCK SPACE IS IN HIGH DEMAND IN THAT AREA, AND HE WILL SELL OR RENT EVERY DOCK SPACE HE BUILDS.I have also seen the permits ,right on the county website.
