Lots of folks been heading where you are for years/decades, including a family member who just checked out your area this past winter, and my old next door neighbors from myrtle beach are there. we see them if we head to spring training near Orlando and they seem to have grown used to the traffic, kind of plan around it I think.
the trading acct. is nearly flat, kinda like interest rates the last couple years. I am mostly short, but the longs have made just enough to keep the acct within a pretty small dollar range, for a what seems like a long time.
I am not used to being short, I remember years ago thinking there was too much debt in the world, and that was before it went printing presses wide open......
gfp has helped the acct without trying, as I think you just did,
