NONSENSE!!

The agreement has to be disclosed in its entirety. Theres no hidden "milestones" as you can see. PXYN entered into a flat fee agreement with NO SALES THRESHOLDS!

Ive pointed this out numerous times however, some would prefer to pretend there are attachments that dont exist

PXYN is required by law to disclose the full agreement, which they have in the 8K. Assuming there is more to this agreement is to fool investors and is shameful

They are to perform on whatever agreed to milestones/targets we're not seeing

the full burden of risk to this agreement falls on PXYN as they contracted to pay $120m to NHS which NHS has no financial exposure !!

Why wouldn't they release the milestones/targets? Why only release the commissions? That is as stupid as stupid gets!! Where is the sales numbers guidance?

FALSE!!!!!!!

The full burden of risk is on PXYN!! There are NO MILESTONES agreed to. Any milestones would be provided for in the contract. There arent any.

The full burden of risk is on NHS Pharma. They are to perform on whatever agreed to milestones/targets we're not seeing. If the agreement is executed in good faith, then this is a strong win for PXYN.

Why would anyone make up stuff thats not in the contract when its so easy for anyone to see for themselves???
