There was no divvy issued to FFGO share holders and there will ever will be. FFGO is gone and can NEVER perform any corp actions

The divvy was issued to Western the sub company and FFGO the SEC registered company and not the FFGO share holders

Read the agreement - FFGO was required to notify FINRA for the EX date .. FFGO did ZERO ..


And! NMGL was required to perform other requirements - and they were not completed

The Agreement between FFGO/Western and NMGL was a song and dance by insiders that was NEVER EVER going to be completed

Lumb and Ron knew FFGO was going to be revoked and waited until that to happen. Then they ran off with share holders money.
