Yes I think Boies may appeal for damages, he won half the battle of which some people were laughing when he filed the lawsuit 4 yrs ago

Unfortunately it shows he has just one effin ball. If he had a pair, he would have awarded damages. He has made a judgment to show the world he is fair but at the same time he has been careful not to bite the hand that feeds him. A judge needs to be fair and not worry about his paycheck. If his judgement hinges on his paycheck, there is a flaw in the model the system is run on.
