Nothing about desperate just propensity to bet one way or another. That is what the Cambridge dictionary says.
Early today when SP was down 20 pts would have been a good time to buy some calls.
Brave punters should shoot for next Fri. Less brave punters longer calls etc ...
It's all a zero sum , gambling game and punting is just that, gambling although they must believe in their ability to be right. When the music stops, somebody will be left standing , but just not me. lol.
