Additional follow up great finds VF.
In reading the info in those links - Stick a fork in smce, this was the LAST THING smce needed to be tied to, UNBELIEVABLY STUPID.

Donna Levy got 10.5 years and David Levy got 9. This erases any lingering hopes I had. The SMCE team is either corrupt or stupid, but most likely both.

In other words these people are "Thick as Thieves"
