Yes, my shares are listed as SNOA on my Scottrade account. I called them and they said that was the designation for the F shares.

Dear (NapaCab_Tony):

Thank you for contacting us. The company that issued this spin-off, (SNOA), they chose to issue them as a restricted stock. Typically the restriction falls off after two year, which it appears to have been that long. In order to remove or attempt to remove this restriction you will have to contact the transfer agent of this particular stock and request the physical shares. Once you receive the physically share you will have to deposit them at your local.

Unfortunately, Scottrade doesn't place these restrictions and can't remove them. The transfer agent can if the company that issued the shares have made the stock unrestricted. Until then we are unable to sell the shares in the open market.
