PVSP will be able to move up when the convertible debt stops being dumped. Someone converted debt under 0.0001 and has been dumping for over two weeks now into our hands on the bid. I hope that someone uses those 800-900% profits to pay for IR campaigns or something useful here. hint hint. :)
