I'm going to have to differ with you a bit here. Based on some of the email replies we have received from the CEO, I don't believe FDA rejection is the end of the road. I believe there are contingency plans in place just in case approval doesn't come through. There could be an initial knee-jerk reaction to non-approval but if there are other plans in place, and once they become known,there could still be a significant increase in share price.
Others, of course, may have a different opinion, but this is just kind of what I'm thinking.
