PetroQuest Energy (NYSE:PQ) says it is ready to ramp up production from its Thunder Bayou discovery well in Louisiana after starting first gas, and plans to monitor performance over the next week as it increases the well's production to its previously announced expected gross rate of ~38,000 Mcfe/day.
