No doubt, they have to close these deals. The good thing is that they should be able to get debt financing to secure properties. In addition they will get revenue % on MJ sales. That is good strategy in the long run without actually in the grow business and yet make profits out of it for US markets.
They are also williing to purchase business in Canandian market that have licenses but not many companies that have license are producing great revenues that could be attractive targets to acquire so they have no choice but concentrate on US market for now. IHMML is still in play based on John Loren's recent interview but for now it is on hold until it gets license.
