It has NO value. SLRW hasn't filed with the SEC since 2007. It was dissolved as a corporation by the Secretary of State of North Carolina in 2012. Lawsuits are pending against the company for fraud. The CEO disappeared over three years ago. There is no office. No physical plant anywhere. No contact information. No assets. No patents. Delisting by the SEC is on the horizon. Just how is this going to get to 0.015? The reality is that there is nothing, absolutely nothing, that will move this stock upwards other than an occasional pump-and-dump to 0.0005 - 0.0008 and those last for a few hours to a day or two.

The High BV peer I mentioned before has only $0.0043 BV but hit 0.049 which is 11.4 times of the BV! To do the same SLRW should hit 0.1505.
