FINRA vetts no one they weed out the BS. Pam had to go before the R/S was allowed. I am sure they weren't aware of the excluded/protected shares, I will however be sure to brink it to their attention.

The worst of the worst pink garbage is approved by FINRA for R/S after R/S!

Approval is so far from a feather in CLOK's cap! The fact that it took 6 months is a MAJOR red flag! The worst garbage out there sails through with every R/S request they make!
