Settlement Conferenced HELD; Parties requested a recess of the hearing to allow for continued negotiations. Parties are ordered to notify the court by "7/10/2015" of whether or not they want to reconvene to continue the mediation or if the parties will move forward to Trial.

HJOE has served Axiom Laboratories and Axiom Nutraceuticals Subpoenas requesting they produce any and all correspondence, contracts, agreements, or communications between them and Metaugus or PLN regarding the perforation of plastic sleeves on Hangover Joe's products by 7/10.
