You couldn't change the name or merge shares into restricted if that were true...Though there are multiple cusip numbers...my activity log has had changes made since the sale of MMX.
Encounter Technologies Inc seems to me to be OK or you could not have filed the last financials in 2011 again signed by Thomas.
Now Encounter Development Technologies Inc seems to be a mess...
I don't have any shares that say Encounter Development Technologies Inc on them... maybe we loss those shares... does that leave 500 million??
I dont know why enti gets passed on one after the other and on to the next guy. Thats nothin more than speculation fer the captain... but I can say I don't expect anything to ever come of this and I fully believes me $$$ is lost to the depths of Davy Jone's Locker. I'd be surprised otherwise.
