I'd like too...believe me. But as you know, nobody is selling their shares for just .25 cents. One couldn't even enter a sell order for .25 cents. The ask that exists is sort of an artificial ceiling while negotiations are still ongoing. Sort of a failsafe to protect certain interests from getting the rug pulled out from them by competing interests.
