It's a motion to remove the "Protected Information" designations from the depositions that the plaintiffs (Fairholmes lawyers) are doing. But because it's about protected information, I'm guessing it has to be sealed for now. My guess is it's probably because of the Ugoletti depo. I believe his previous statements are a key part of proving Fairholmes case and they want what he says in his depo made public maybe so he can't contradict public statements he has previously made. Anyway, they are requesting a response from the govt. by 6/29 and then Sweeney will decide I believe.

Mario Ugoletti

Mario Ugoletti is the Interim Ombudsman for FHFA and reports directly to the Director of FHFA. He assumed his role in July 2014 and is responsible for considering complaints and appeals from any regulated entity, the Office of Finance, or any person who has a business relationship with a regulated entity or the Office of Finance concerning any matter relating to FHFA’s regulation and supervision.

Prior to joining the FHFA, Ugoletti spent 14 years at the Treasury Department and served as Director of the Office of Financial Institutions Policy from 2004 to 2009. Ugoletti has a Ph.D. in Economics from Penn State University.
