Those are good point's also..pro-con..One other aspect is to locate a reactor within the country and ship from there protecting patents and IP. These are just thoughts on this Friday..

My thinking, but I'm not a specialist, precursors and quantum dots are catalogued as dangerous goods? You can not just send them by FedEx?
