The CEO sold his shares 2 weeks ago on 5/28/15. He sold a small portion and still retains a majority share. The bigger question is what is he doing with the money? He may be using the funds as a method to collect a paycheck, but there is an equal probability that he is using the funds for a company related activity...marketing, production, JV, merger, etc. Time will tell and maybe we'll here something related to this in the near future.
