You are correct on all these points, and many others you have made in the past...

Pretty much every announcement by MMMW has resulted in nothing

Design phase:

and then last week (MMMW) stated that it's still in the design phase

But MMMW said on 9/23/14:

Mass Megawatts Wind Power, Inc. (OTCQB: MMMW) reports that it has significantly reduced the cost of its patent-pending, Solar-Power Tracking System (STS) through the use of an advanced design with fewer electrical components and moving parts.

And MMMW said on 10/27/14;

This innovative, Solar-Power Tracking System (STS) is a complete solar-power system designed to automatically adjust the position of its solar panels throughout the day to receive an optimal level of direct sunlight.

With the patent-pending STS, Mass Megawatts has developed a more efficient way to track the sun.

These claims from MMMW kind of imply a workable design ready for production... HMMM

Production phase:
On 7/23/13 MMMW said:

Mass Megawatts Wind Power, Inc. (OTCBB: MMMW) reports the development of manufacturing processes to support large-scale production of the company’s Solar Tracking System (STS). Working many hours and with experienced individuals in the manufacturing community, these new processes will reduce costs, streamline assembly, and improve quality control efforts. Initial production efforts are based in Worcester, Massachusetts, with additional manufacturing sites being evaluated.

Then again on 7/25/14 MMMW said:

Mass Megawatts Wind Power, Inc. (OTCBB: MMMW) reports that the company is preparing for commercial production of the patent pending, Solar-Power Tracking System (STS). Mass Megawatts reports strong demand, both domestically and abroad, from residential and business, energy-consumers. Commercial production of the STS is anticipated to begin in the next fiscal quarter. To accelerate market penetration, the company plans to leverage recently developed, strategic-partnerships with established solar-power companies in the Northeastern United States.

I find it is interesting (questionable?) MMMW claimed they were gearing up for production nearly two years ago, but then later claims they are still in the design mode?... HMMM

Sales:
MMMW states;

December 9, 2014 - InvestorsHub NewsWire - Mass Megawatts Wind Power, Inc. (OTC: MMMW) today announced the first 6.25 kW solar energy system sale with a recently introduced Frankenstein solar tracking infrastructure. The company received numerous inquiries and anticipate more sales as larger units beyond this small first sale are constructed. We anticipate the completion of the project to be sometime this winter.

Winter is over with only about a week left before summer begins, and yet not a word from MMMW relative to the current status of this "sold" project?... HMMM, this claimed "sale" is sounding more and more like a "No sale" to me as the seasons are passing.

Truth be known is that MMMW has made several more claims too over the years that have created an easily observable pattern, which has only worked to erode their underlying credibility, IMO
