Well no CEO would say that the judges don't favor them lol. In the end it could still go either way. Let's just hope this one goes in our favor to force a Stryker settlement. Hopefully they can also start that Schrader injunction in the next month or so would be nice.
That's because the lead trial lawyer for them was formerly the judge's law clerk, and his mentee. Looks like the strategy of hiring the judge's former law clerk did not work out too well.
