Yes, the market is made of traders and investors, both are important.
It is possible, maybe the stock needs something as ignition, to boost the momentum, and, break the PAR SAR, but, can also be done purely on technicals.
I thoufght it would break it last week, but, every stock has its own timing, some are more volatile, others are more slow and need a few more days, or a couple of weeks. The market is always right, and, we only need to be patient to make money. Anyway it is very close, it can happen at any moment.
