I hate to say it but I agree. I am hoping for the best though! We went up on no news not too long ago.

Demand for shares is holding PPCH at this level-
It has not rallied from .004 to .09 because of an article in an investment publication.


I bought Arena Pharmaceuticals at $1.20 before the FDA approval. ($11.00)

Other investors here stand to make millions by simply waiting for R&D.
