I agree, a week is needed for the countries to radify an agreement. The market it taking it all with a ho-hum given the low vol. I'm sure the Zone boys have a contigency plan all set to dust off with Mario 'doing what ever it takes' to buy up all the bad Greek debt monetizing away the problem like it never exisited.
Plus if he really wants to be a good guy he'll pay par for the junk giving banks holding Greek crap a win-fall profit, turning contagion into a vacanation! Of course the little guy holding the stuff will not get a bid from the ECB and end up with nothing.
