I think a number of us have done that from time to time.

This company has a ton of potential. We have the most amazing testing website in terms of functionality, branding, plug & play marketing....with Tommy on board we could be a powerhouse.

I don't think Angel realized the baggage from Rightsmile when he took over. He could have RS right off the bat but didn't. I believe his intentions are good but the SS sucks.

It costs $ to start up and any deal w/Tommy will cost $. If there is selling by the company (Sal), one can only hope the proceeds are used to move the company forward and the equity we give up is a fair deal.
