The trading and PPS mean nothing right now. Frost, Nussbaum and Brown are going to fix DRNE for the long term. They are going to reinvent the company. Also, don't be surprised if there are more hirings and maybe more reassignments of upper management, ala` the general.
Frost, Nussbaum and Brown will be buying more shares in the future, because Frost insists his executives have skin in the game. Expect the same from Felicia Hess, Dan Erdberg, and Kendall Carpenter.
I will be buying every time insiders buy, or exercise options and keep them like happens at other Frost companies i.e. OPK and ROX.
Insiders currently own 9.7% of DRNE's o/s. That percent will most certainly rise. Insider ownership of penny stocks is a measurement of commitment. If you don't believe me, check out any company that "you" think is a scam and see if the insiders hold a large position of their company while it has a declining PPS.
With our new found management team, and very low PPS, look for institutional buyers to take notice. The pitiful participation will also change once Mr. Nussbaum starts to land some new business.
