Porter and BAYP have then provided other value to the JV. The value then will provide for a more successful venture. That venture is not necessarily the frac project as the JV partner is financing that themselves.

You mention 31 million coming due soon. Not according to anything I read. Acccording to the last filing, in October there is some paper that can come due.
