If you look at SEC filings, major investment firms like Vanguard and Van Den Berg are slowly buying up shares from the mom and pop investors. The buys are usually small 100-1000 shares. But it happens daily.

I check every 6 months and it seems their share totals keep increasing. Now why would they buy shares in LODE if they felt the company was doing bad ?
