Along with a minimum value of $25M on Spring Valley to Barrick or a Royalty Company. I think Royal Gold may snatch up the Spring Valley Carry, and be the bridge that allows MDW to survive. Free Carry with Barrick is a rare and golden opportunity.

Time will Tell. Let's hope Zisch is Tough, and figures this debacle out.
