Well, I'll tell you which side I'm on. Currently I have a lot of TMMI shares but am frustrated and getting mad at the double talk I see from the TMMI team. I looked at the financials and see where these numerous advisory board members are getting quite a bit of stock and warrants....for what? Cavanaugh's letter has yet to be fulfilled (IMO) and I'm now thinking this was a ploy to raise the share price as the private placement was in play. Lord knows that tactic has worked for TMMI's history before.
I then see where a TMMI director has emailed Jay about the delay and reasoning for not putting up video demonstrations of the finished product and am flummoxed with this thought. TMMI is scared of someone reverse engineering their clip (even though I believe it to be impossible to reverse engineer the secret sauce without having access to a TMMI player), or that's an excuse for not performing.
Which side I'm on currently is TMMIs. I have invested my money in TMMI. I invested a lot of money (for me anyhow)when ON2Technology was a player against MPEGLA, then they were bought by Google. If Dimension wins the case I'll be looking to invest there.
