His super voting rights were in place long before anyone gained enough shares to do anything. Anyone who did their dd knew what they were getting into. I still think danny wants to be a success, but he just isn't capable of doing on his own and his ego tells him that getting help would make him a failure. brav may eventually make money, the question is can he keep it's head above water till then. The toughest quarters are here, it's not looking good.

I WISH SOMEHOW THE RULES CHANGE,THAT BIG SHAREHOLDERS CAN VOTE CEOs OUT.I WILL TRY TO FORCE A CHANGE IN THE RULE.WE CAN DO THIS.IT HAS TO CHANGE.
WE CAN NOT RELY OUR DESTINIES IN ONE $RICK IN LIFE.RULES NEED TO CHANGE.




That's life in the Pink/OTC. Only an independent Board of Directors can vote any member of executive management out. And with the Super Voting Preferred Shares, Danny is the self anointed King.
