You sound inside ?? I know exactly how OTC Pink or any reverse merger works for that fact. An acquisition is an acquisition, nothing more. A reverse merger is announced, shares exchange hands, and a "Short" time thereafter the Name Change and new Ticker are announced, along with the effective date.
They don't work on it for near six months. Gives the perception, if this were in fact meant to be a reverse, it would have been stated so from that day....Not being worked on, that occurs before the reverse. NO reverse was announced period.
