I don't know how this stuff actually works but I'm kind of in agreement with you. Altho, why wouldn't the company want to let the pps get higher and at least make more money on the dilution? Could these be shares someone bought at sub.000's

Just pointing out that the same thing was said before, "textbook dilution", yet the OS did not budge.
