It's on the Dodge Facebook page. Use some logic, if this was all some creative conspiracy they would have brought a lawsuit a long time ago.

Oh come on I doubt Dodge keeps that close of tabs on its Facebook page. As long as it isn't profanity and porn I bet they let a lot slide. Anybody can post a message to the board. Easy as pie.

Now as far as Barrett-Jackson goes, I'd say they have the yank to get something like this cleared through Dodge and FCA for a show piece that they customized. MTVX is another story.
