Hopefully, they keep doing it. I want no raise in the PPS. Long Termers deserve to have the opportunity to accumulate in the .03's during this short window we are given. Sellers are an impatient bunch. Everybody hoping to accumulate should all place bids in the .03's. Don't give the sellers an out in the mid .04's unless you absolutely have to. Make them settle for losses. The bigger the loss, the better. They will sell. They are rank with fear.
