Thank you for that. As a holder of Pref B's, I am aware I that you have to hold them for one year before you convert. However, we have not wanted to convert until we can deposit them into a brokerage account. OptionsXpress will NOT take them until VGPR is over a penny for several months and also achieved OTCQB status. Joan's Fidelity is even stricter. The good thing about keeping the certs in their present form is Pref B's cannot be R/S'd!!!
