Shares after the R/S should be no more than 2 million total I would guess....think of what multiple would happen if a buy out to acquire their cutting edge technology happened..you rarely see a tech company sell for less than 50-100 million dollars, so if they start working with enough big companies someone may eventually decide to just acquire them....that would be a happy day
