There will be a R/S, somehow they think this is the best way to get rid of flippers and reward the long term shareholders who invested hard earned money into the stock.
They are very mistaken as today's reaction evidenced - it wasn't flippers who dumped, it was investors.
Odd enough elandil...I've been thinking the same. No R/S. The wording of it just seemed off to me...almost like they were voting on a provision to possibly allow it but not necessarily to do it. Of course, it could all be wishful thinking...but I'm thinking along the same grounds as you.
I'll go further and say the meeting may actually be July 12, not June 12...as I refuse to believe that a so-called professional company would give such short notice.
