The daily repetitive posts which pretend 1 month old nonsense PRs is current "News"???

and people not working for Bayport, it tells me that we have much more positive stuff going on with the running of the company

Positive? Oh, the teaming up of the Porter husband/wife BAYP team, with Shameberg, and his JFK Terminal scam. So as to give em a P&D angle other than buying dry and capped wells. Yeah it's a potential positive for those paper dumpers. Assuming retail takes the paid P&D bait for the scam.
