I didn't CHANGE anything..I copied and pasted exactly what was in the agreement. Perhaps if we could get a clearer picture from management and WHY that tranche survives and was was put in place to begin with then we may see investors actually take a look at putting their money here. Also...does anyone know what the scoop is on dividends and whether or not they will be paid or if they have been suspended? Still long and still waiting for clarity GLTA.

Newco is not Collateral. This is a made up, imaginary concept.

Unless you can show a passage where Newco is named as Collateral-and you can't, because it does not exist.
