Sure looks that way. No pictures seem to exist showing that these supposed father/son con-men are actually two separate people. Maybe someone can find evidence they are separate people? I guess it doesn't really matter, a father/son con-team is not unusual in the penny world and doesn't change a thing here - Bayport is nothing but an ugly scam.
What gets me is that a company that wants to sell itself as a legitimate business can't even present any information about its management. Nothing. No pictures. No bios. No qualifications, no achievements, no education. Zero.
