Well, trading options isn't really about the company at all, Edward, it is simply about the movement of the underlying issue's price. I sometimes trade options on a stock symbol when I have no idea of the actual name of the company or the sector or market it trades in.

IMO it doesn't take smarts to succeed in trading options, it takes experience, particularly in reading charts, and always observing the #1 rule of successful traders: cut your losses quickly and let your winners run.
