Mr. Porter has over 50 years of business experience. A petroleum Engineer by training, Mr. Porter has owned and helmed many successful business entities both in and out of the energy arena. After spending a number of years with ARCO in Dallas and then Thermogas in Des Moines, Iowa, he founded and operated Dalco Petroleum and subsequently Dynex Petroleum, both public companies. He serves as a Director of Bayport International Holdings, Inc. Mr. Porter has been a Director of Emerging Enterprise Solutions Inc. since February 17, 2004. Additionally, he has been a Director and owner of several banks, as well as two steel companies. He served as a Director of Product Express.com eBus.

We have still not established that there are really two different people, one named Louis James Porter, and one named James Louis Porter. So, until firm evidence that there are two of these con-men involved, and not just one, I will have to believe that Louis Porter is the CEO here with BAYP. Do you have birthdates or pictures, perhaps? I have my doubts about Gina as well.

What an odd company BAYP is. Claims here on this board that management are just honest entrepreneurs, yet no information about them to show they are even real. Other than court records showing at least one that is a convicted racketeer. Not good for a publicly traded company to have management that is convicted of racketeering, is it? Let's clear this up, shall we?

I seem to recall something about Louis Porter being retained by Bayport as a consultant. Why would a legit company keep a guy around in any role, that has such a sordid criminal record? It makes no sense. Probably an ego thing - the originator of a scam that cannot let go.....
