I'm glad to hear you and your friend did tell management that shareholders are unhappy with the silent strategy. I almost was beginning to think you were a bit of a pumper. I agree that they do not deserve the stock compensation awards IMO and have not increased shareholder value over the last 5 years.

You hit the nail on the head and the time value of money is key here. My motto, trust but verify, cannot be implemented because of the lack of updates. I will most likely hope for some share appreciation, but am seriously contemplating exiting as soon as reasonably possible. I do not trust or like their strategy and believe they are uncertain how to proceed, hence the radio silence. They did tell some mis truths in the past and now we find out they are basically two years short on funds. Fool me once...

Thanks very much. Your notes and JUrology's conflicted regarding the SPORT buildout. He referred to "5 units complete and 2 nearing completion," whereas Pointofreturn's referred to 2 done and 5 in build. Can you clarify please?

Did you understand them to say at the initiation of the meeting that 56% of the voting shares were there? If that's the case, who was the big dog? Was there someone there that was a 10-20million shareholder?
I could have misunderstood the statement.
