Look up INCC. Company went from .0001 to .0218 cents in a few months a year ago. No notes and the O/S went from 10 billion to roughly 900 million. I jumped in that @.0009 and rode it up to the top. It's a piece of shit now which lost most of its value and resides @.0012 or something close to that.
